【Abstract】 By analysis of residential demand of target habitants of indemnificatory housing, this paper sums up that residential demand can be divided into "the permanent" and "the non-permanent" according to the "time"; and the residential function can also be divided into "core" and "non-core" according to the "space". In view of the uncertain value on expected consumption of housing products, some concepts about developing public service function are proposed for indemni catory housing by its existing restrictive conditions.更多还原
