【摘要】 构建了基于LabWindows/CVI的轧机振动测试系统,轧机的振动测量使用加速度传感器,数据采集采用USB-6210数据采集卡,使用LabWindows/CVI语言编程,实现了对轧机振动信号进行数据采集、处理,此测试方法减少了复杂的硬件电路,简化了测控系统,提高了系统的测量精度和可靠性,可根据需要拓展测试系统的其它功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper constructs a test system of mill vibration based on Labwindows/CVI. The vibration acceleration sensor is used to measure vibration, and the USB-6210 data acquisition card is used to measure the data. By using LabWindows/CVI software programming,the test system realizes the date acquisition and data process. The Virtual Instrument reduce the complexity of the hardware circuit, improve the reliability and accuracy of the test system, and other functions of the test system may be needed to expand.更多还原
