【摘要】 近年来,中国的孵化器事业得到了迅猛的发展,在该领域所取得的成就已经跻身世界前列,但在内部存在着发展不平衡的局面,东部地区孵化器的发展已经接近世界先进水平,而像云南这样的欠发达省份,无论在孵化器的数量、规模和运作效果方面,与东部发达地区相比较,都存在着很大的差距,造成这种局面的原因并不仅是资源投入的约束,更深层次的是运作机制方面的问题。本论文通过对云南省科技企业孵化器发展现状及存在的问题进行深入分析,有针对性、有建设性地提出了从内外两个方面相结合,具体实施六大机制创新,以全面、系统提升云南省科技企业孵化器的孵化能力和绩效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently the business incubators of China obtained quick development,and now ranked No.1 in the world from quantity aspect,but the unbalance situation appeared,especially in the western area of China.The factors that constrained the development of business incubators in these areas,such as Yunnan province,are not only the funds put in,especially relevant with the operation mechanism.Based on the investigation of status quo,the paper analyzed existing problems deeply,and delivered a systemic,constructive mechanism innovation to facilitate the development of business incubators in Yunnan province.更多还原
