【摘要】 新型农村合作医疗制度是党中央、国务院在《关于进一步加强农村卫生工作的决定》中提出来的。它是由政府组织、引导、支持,农民自愿参加,个人、集体和政府多方筹资,以大病统筹为主的农民医疗互助共济制度,是社会保障体系的一部分。强化农合医疗管理水平,并做好农村合作医疗保险的即报服务,是广大的医疗机构应尽的责任和义务,本文就此问题进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new rural cooperative medical system is proposed by the Party Central Committee and the State Council in The Decision of Further Strengthening the Rural Health Service.It is farmers medical mutual assistance system which is organized,guided and supported by government,farmers participate it voluntarily,multi-party financing with individual,collectivity and government,and takes comprehensive arrangement for serious disease as the core.It is also the part of the social security system.Strengthening rural cooperative medical management level,and doing a good job in immediately reimbursed service of rural cooperative medical insurance is the responsibility and the duty of medical institutions,and this paper probes into the problem.更多还原
