航天发射场远程静电测试系统软件设计
Software Design of Long-distance Static Electricity Measurement System in Aerospace Launch Spot
【摘要】 为了准确测量和直观显示航天发射场重要设备的静电参数,设计了航天发射场远程静电测试系统软件;在介绍静电测试系统总体结构的基础上,设计了软件的总体结构;采用UDP/IP协议作为系统的通信协议,利用Delphi和Access编写了软件的数据库,详细阐述了数据帧的解码过程和数据曲线的显示方法;通过系统测试,结果表明:该软件运行稳定,数据解算的平均误差为0.4%,数据传输和处理速率可达到5Kb/s,完全满足航天发射场的高实时性和高可靠性要求。
【Abstract】 In order to accurately measure and directly display the static electricity parameters of important devices in aerospace launch spot,the software of long-distance static electricity measurement system in aerospace launch spot is designed.On the basis of introducing the entire structure of static electricity measurement system,the entire structure of the software is designed.The UDP/IP protocol is adopted as the communication protocol of the measurement system,the database is compiled by Delphi and Access software,the decoding process of data frame and display method of data curve are expatiated.Through the system measuring,the results demonstrate that the software operates stably,the average error of data decoding is 0.4%,the rate of data transmission and disposal is 5Kb/s,which entirely meets the demand of high real-time and high dependability in aerospace launch spot.
