基于独立回路构造决策树的电梯安全监控系统设计

【摘要】 安全回路是电梯的安全保护系统,设备种类繁多,运行动作频繁多变是电梯最容易发生故障的设备,目前的安全回路主要依靠人工对控制柜的连线与设备检测,检测主观性强,容易出现故障的误判与漏判,提出一种基于独立决策树的电梯安全回路监控系统设计方法;设计基于TTCAN总线传输的故障检测系统,以DSP与MCP2515为架构形成总线控制器与数据检测单元;安全回路数据加载到上位机的实时预警模型中,通过对独立的回路部分分别设计故障决策树使故障的预警与监控更加智能全面;实验证明,这种方法能够实时准确监控电梯的运行状态,故障准确率高达92%,对实际的电梯监控系统有很强的指导意义。

【Abstract】 Safety circuit is elevator safety protection system,equipment,variety,the movement is frequent operation variable is the most easy to elevator the failure of the equipment,the current safety circuit mainly rely on artificial to control cabinet attachment and equipment testing,subjectivity is strong,failure to miscarriage of justice and leakage,and put forward a kind of decision tree based on the independence of elevator safety circuit monitoring system design method.Design based on TTCAN bus transmission fault detection system,the DSP and MCP2515 for architecture form bus controller and data detection unit.Safety circuit data loading to epistasis machine real-time warning model,through independent circuit parts design fault decision tree make fault early warning and monitoring more intelligent comprehensive.Experiments show that the method can real-time accurate monitoring elevator operation state,timely and accurate fault analysis,to the actual elevator monitoring system has a strong guiding significance.
