基于PLC的石油化工药剂自动配制系统设计
Oil Chemical Medicament Automatic Compounding System Design Based on PLC
【摘要】 介绍了一种石油化工药剂自动配制系统的控制方法、系统构成、硬件配置和软件设计;该系统采用西门子S7-200可编程控制器(PLC)为控制单元,能根据设定药液的配比浓度,实现配药、搅拌和倒灌的自动控制系统;系统的软件设计采用了状态机的思想,缩短了软件设计及调试周期,提高了软件的可维护性能;目前,该系统已应用于全国多家著名石油企业,反映良好。
【Abstract】 Introduces a kind of petroleum chemical medicament automatic compounding system control method,system structure,hardware configuration and software design.The system adopts Siemens S7-200 programmable controller(PLC) as the control unit,according to the set liquid concentration,dispensing,mixing and pouring to realize automatic control system.The software design of the system uses a state machine thought,shorten the period of software design and debug,improve the maintenance performance.At present,the system has been applied to several well-known national oil company,reflecting the good.
