【摘要】 目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血清高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)水平与其冠脉狭窄程度的关系。方法选择2012年1～11月在广州医学院第三附属医院行冠状动脉造影确诊为ACS患者85例,年龄36～82岁,平均(63±11)岁,根据ACS患者冠状动脉Gensini积分将其分为轻度、中度和重度狭窄组。采用ELISA方法测定ACS患者血清HMGB1水平,比较ACS患者冠脉不同狭窄组血清HMGB1水平,分析ACS患者血清HMGB1水平与患者Gensini积分相关性,并与53例健康体检者(健康对照组)进行比较。结果 ACS患者血清HMGB1水平为(6.83±2.81)mg/mL,高于健康对照组(1.02±0.31)mg/mL,两组之间差异有统计学意义(t=94.160,P<0.01);轻度、中度和重度狭窄组血清HMGB1水平分别为(2.53±0.48)ng/mL、(7.25±1.45)ng/mL和(10.96±1.85)mg/mL,组间的差异有统计学意义(F=50.474,P<0.01);ACS患者血清HMGB1水平与其Gensini积分呈正相关(r=0.803,P<0.05)。结论血清HMGB1水平可作为评价ACS危险程度的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between acute coronary syndrome(ACS)patient′s serum high mobility group box 1 protein(HMGB1) levels and the degree of coronary stenosis.Methods A total of 85 patients with ACS diagnosed by coronary angiography at the third affiliated hospital of Guangzhou medical college from January to November 2012 were enrolled.They were divided into 3 groups based on Gensini integral: Mild,moderate and severe stenosis group.Determination of serum HMGB1 levels in patients with ACS by ELISA method,were compared the serum levels of HMGB1 in the patients with different coronary ACS stenosis group,analysis of correlation between serum HMGB1 levels in patients with ACS and patients with Gensini integral,and compared with the 53 cases of healthy subjects(control group).Results The serum HMGB1 levels of ACS group was(6.83±2.81) mg/mL,higher than that of the control group(1.02±0.31) mg/mL,the difference was statistically significant(t=94.160,P<0.01);Mild,moderate and severe stenosis group,the serum levels of HMGB1 were(2.53±0.48)mg/mL,(7.25±1.45)mg/mL and(10.96±1.85) mg/mL,the difference was statistically significant(F=50.474,P<0.01);There was a positive correlation between serum HMGB1 levels in patients with ACS and its Gensini integral(r=0.803,P<0.05).Conclusion Obviously related to the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with ACS and serum HMGB1 levels,serum HMGB1 levels may be one of the risk assessment index of ACS.更多还原
