【摘要】 目的探讨临床科室使用不同方法学原理的仪器测定尿密度的差异性。方法收集临床444份随机尿分别用AX-4280尿液分析仪和COBAS-U-411尿液干化学分析仪测定尿密度,并对结果进行统计学对比分析。结果当pH为6.5～7.5时,两种仪器检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);当pH<6.5时,两种仪器检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。当尿液中蛋白为阳性时,两种仪器检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。当尿液中糖为阳性时,两种仪器检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床不同仪器检测尿密度的结果具有差异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the difference of urine specific gravity detected by apparatus utilizing different methodology principle.Methods 444 urine samples were examined with AX-4280 analyzer and COBAS-U-411 analyzer,and the results were statistically compared.Results The mean values of urinary specific gravity were without statistical difference between the two analyzers(P>0.05),when pH was 6.5-7.0,but with statistical difference(P<0.05),when pH was less than 6.5.The mean values of urinary specific gravity were without statistical difference(P>0.05) in samples with positive detection result of glucose,but with statistical difference(P<0.05) in samples with positive detection result of protein.Conclusion There might be different detection result of urine specific gravity using different apparatus.更多还原
