【摘要】 以北京林业大学设备采购及管理的实际研建为背景,在综合分析业务流程的基础上,设计并实现了基于B/S模式的设备采购及管理信息系统。系统涵盖了用户管理、角色、权限管理、网上申请、网上审批、网上投标、投标信息网上评估、网上洽谈与签约等功能。通过电子采购系统,提高了采购的科学性、计划性、时效性,降低了采购成本,推动了校园信息化建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper focus on the research and implementation of management information system for material procurement and equipment management for university based on the fully consideration and analysis toward the practical business logic.The function of MIS which built on B/S architecture includes user management,role management,privilege management,application,approve and bidding via Internet,and so on.The construction of MIS can improve and guarantee the effectiveness,efficiency and quality of material procurement,which can be helpful to the informational practice for university.更多还原
