X线摄影低剂量的合理选择及论证
Rational choice and demonstration of low-dose X-ray radiography
【摘要】 目的选择低剂量进行X线检查及摄影是保证在辐射安全的基础上获取优质X线影像。方法利用常规直接数字X线摄影(DR)对铝梯经过恒定管电流,选择六组不同曝光量进行摄影,划分出未调试及已调试两组分别逐级利用影像密度仪进行灰阶测试、对照,优选出科学、合理的低剂量组。结果已调试六组中管电流为12.5 mAs的一组在保证影像质量的原则下,实现了低剂量科学、合理的论证依据。结论实现低剂量X线检查,追求高质量影像。
【Abstract】 Objective The choice of low dose X-ray examination and radiography is the promise to obtain excellent image quality when the radiation safety is confirmed. Methods An aluminium ladder was imaged with constant tube current by direct digital radiography(DDR) system, and six groups with different exposure dose were selected. Then, to test and compare the gray scales of debugged and undebugged groups by imaging desitometry, to select the most scientific and rational low-dose group. Results During the debugged six groups, the group with tube current of 12.5mAs could achieve low dose as well as excellent image quality. Conclusion To achieve lowdose radiography to pursue excellent image quality.
