【摘要】 目的评价纤维乳管镜检查在乳头溢液性疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法收集本院行乳管镜检查的1874例乳头溢液患者的乳腺钼靶X线、乳腺超声检查结果,以病理学诊断为金标准,比较三种检查方法的灵敏性与特异性。结果乳腺钼靶X线检查灵敏度为66.7%,特异度为95.2%;乳腺超声灵敏度为69.8%,特异度为72.4%;乳管镜检查灵敏度为83.1%,特异度为80.3%。结论纤维乳管镜应用于乳头溢液的检查具有良好的灵敏性和特异性,同时创伤小,痛苦少,是一种非常实用的内镜技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application value of mammary ductoscopy in the diagnosis of nipple discharge. Methods Collected mammary ductoscopy inspection of 1874 cases of patients with nipple discharge of molybdenum target X,breast ultrasound results to pathological diagnosis for gold standard,compared three inspection methods of sensitivity and specificity. Results Mammary gland molybdenum target X-ray sensitivity was 66. 7% and specificity was 95. 2%,breast ultrasonic sensitivity was 69. 8% and specificity was 72. 4%;mammary ductoscopy sensitivity was 83. 1% and specificity was 80. 3%.
