S形两叶刀片豆浆机腔内流场数值模拟

【摘要】 对S形两叶刀片的家用豆浆机粉碎腔体进行研究,以获得腔内流体的运动特性。利用FLUNET软件中的多参考系模型处理旋转的刀片与静止的壁面之间的相互作用,对无凸筋的腔体和有凸筋的腔体进行数值模拟,得到腔内速度流线分布、湍动能分布及刀片表面压力分布等规律。比较发现,腔体加凸筋后流场流动性能有很大提高,研究结果可为家用豆浆机粉碎腔体结构改进提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Through the study of the flow field of household soybean milk machine with the S shape blade,we can get the flow characteristic of the fluid in the cavity.We use the multiple reference frame model of FLUENT to deal with the interaction between rotating blade and static wall.By numerical simulating of the cavity without/with ribs,we can get some rules of the speed streamlines,turbulent kinetic energy distribution and pressure distribution of the blade’s surface.We find that the fluid properties of the cavity with ribs has improved greatly.The results can provide theoretical basis for improving household soybean milk machine’s crushing cavity structure.
