【Abstract】 People generally believed that Zhang Zhidong had a close relationship with Huang Zunxian,just because they noticed that Zhang Zhidong had recommended Huang Zunxian in federal office for three times. In fact,there was accumulated rancor between them. The conflict between them,was derived from their some specific events and different personalities exteriorly,and was actually the conflict between Huang’s Reform Theory and Zhang’s Dual-use of Chinese Ideology Theory.
