【摘要】 本文通过收集资料,召开座谈会、访谈、走访和咨询等形式,了解寿宁县慢性病管理现状,分析存在问题,结合实际提出相关建议。发现存在的问题主要包括早发现难度大、管理过程复杂、基层卫生机构服务能力落后、广大群众慢性病防治知识普遍缺乏。因此建议,完善慢性病防治管理策略;部门协作,加强管理;广泛开展健康教育,倡导健康的生活方式;积极推行慢性病患者自我管理方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,by collecting data,holding seminars,interviews,visits and counseling and other forms to understand the status quo of chronic disease management Shouning County,analyze problems,and provide some suggestions.The main problems included difficult of early detection,complex management processes,lack of primary health institutions service capabilities,lack of knowledge of chronic disease prevention.Therefore recommended that chronic disease prevention and management strategies should be improved,coordination among various departments to strengthen management,promotion of healthy lifestyles by health education,and actively promote chronic desease self-management approach.更多还原
