三明市健康教育机构现状调查

【摘要】 目的了解和掌握三明市健康教育的机构设置和人员结构情况,为建立健全健康教育与健康促进工作体系提供参考依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统数据,分析全市疾控机构健康教育的机构设置和人员配置情况。结果全市中的1个地级市、12个市县区疾控中心均有设置健教科,共有18人承担健康教育工作,除9人为专职外,其余均为兼职,人数约占疾控系统总人数的3.85%。其中从事健康教育工作未满5年的8人(44.44%),公卫专业的7人(38.89%),本科以上学历的4人(22.22%),中级及以上职称的10人(55.56%)。2011年全市疾控总经费中用于健康教育的经费所占比例低。结论三明市的健康教育工作队伍结构多样,健教人员变动频繁,接受培训的机会少,专业技术力量薄弱,工作经费投入少。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand and grasp the status quo of institution setting and staff structure of health education in Sanming City,so as to provide reference basis for establishing and improving work system of health education and health promotion.Methods The data of institution setting and staff structure of health education institutions in the Sanming City from the data system of CDC of China was analyzed.Results CDCs including one prefecture-level city and 12 districts are all installed in with health education institutions.And 18 workers engaged in health education mission accounting for 3.85% of total stuff number,among whom 9 full-time workers and 19 part-time.The 18 workers include 8 persons who have worked in this area for less than 5 years (44.44%),7 persons majored in Public Health (38.89%),4 persons with bachelor degree or above (22.22%) and 10 persons with intermediate title and above (55.56%).Founding used for health education accounted for a small proportion of Sanming CDCs’ total funding in the year 2011.Conclusion Health education in Sanming has a various structure and has a shortage in working founds.What’s more,the staff has little chances to get training and is weak in professional technology and skill.
