【摘要】 目的探讨CT血管造影(CTA)及超声多普勒在血管化游离骨瓣移植重建下颌骨缺损术后血供评价。方法回顾性分析2008年6月-2013年6月期间行下颌骨缺损游离血管化骨瓣修复的41例,共计88条吻合血管,其中41条动脉,47条静脉,术后1周采用CT血管造影(CTA)三维重建技术及超声多普勒检查以评价移植骨瓣术后血供的情况。结果88条吻合血管中,85条血流通畅,3条血管未见显影考虑闭塞,其中动脉1条,静脉2条。CTA和超声多普勒两种方法在血管化骨瓣重建下颌骨术后血供评价方面无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论CTA及超声多普勒都能够准确显示吻合口血管的通畅性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the CTA and color doppler ultrasound in postoperative of mandible reconstruction with free vascularized bone flap. Methods Retrospective analysis of 41 cases of mandible reconstruction with free vascularized bone flap during June 2008-June 2013,A total of 88 vascular anastomosis, including 41 arteries,47 veins,and to evaluate the blood supply of free vascularized bone flap using CTA and color doppler ultrasound after one week of surgery. Results 85 vessels are unobstructed in total 88 vascular anastomosis,3 of them were obstructed,including 1 artery,2 veins. There was no significant difference in the measurement of blood supply in postoperative of mandible reconstruction with free vascularized bone flap between CTA and color doppler ultrasound. Conclusion Both of CTA and color doppler ultrasound can accurately display the patency of vascular anastomosis.更多还原
