【摘要】 目的评价四维超声成像在诊断胃癌术前分期中的临床价值。方法对46例胃镜检查疑诊胃癌患者进行四维超声检查,然后基于统计分析对比分析两种诊断结果。结果46例胃镜检查疑诊胃癌患者中病理确诊41例,符合率89.1%(41/46);四维超声诊断胃癌37例,符合率80.4%(37/46),经卡方检验对两种检查结果进行统计分析,结果两者在胃癌诊断准确率上无明显的差异。另外,四维超声在胃癌术前分期中与病理诊断分期对比,准确率78.4%(29/37)。其中,早期胃癌4例,四维超声诊断准确率为50%(2/4),进展期胃癌33例,超声诊断准确率为81.8%(27/33)。结论进展期胃癌四维超声和胃镜诊断的准确率较高,但四维超声检查无创、可重复,且在胃癌术前分期诊断中有独特的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the clinical value of four-dimensional(4D) ultrasound used for preoperative staging of gastric cancer.Methods The 4D ultrasound inspection was done for 46 patients with suspected diagnosis(detected by gastroscoppe) of gastric cancer.Then the statistic contrastive analysis was done between the diagnosis results using 4D ultrasound and gastroscope.Results 41gastric cancer patients confirmed with pathologically,among the 46 patients detected with gastric cancer by gastroscope.Thus the coincidence rate of gastroscope diagnosis was 89.1%(41/46).The coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 80.4%,where 37 confirmed with gastric cancer using 4D ultrasound among the 46 patients(with suspected gastric cancer).Based on the chi-square test,there was no significant difference between the accuracy rates diagnosed by 4D ultrasound and gastroscope.Moreover,by means of 4D ultrasound,the accurate rates in preoperative stage and early diagnosis were 78.4%(29/37)and 50%(2/4),respectively.There were 4 patients with early gastric cancer detected with 4D ultrasound,while there were 2 patients confirmed with early gastric cancer.And then,in the advanced stage of gastric cancer,the accurate rate of 4D ultrasound is 81.8%(27/33).Conclusion There are high detected accurate rates in the advanced stage of gastric cancer,by means of 4D ultrasound and gastroscope.4D ultrasound is noninvasive and repeatable,and there is unique advantage in the preoperative staging of gastric cancer(owing to a wealth of diagnosis information).更多还原
