【摘要】 农村土地综合整治是山东省建设经济文化强省和城乡统筹发展的时代要求,也是推进新农村建设的重要举措。当前山东省农村土地整治存在着管理组织不够健全、行政管理机制亟需改善、涉农涉地体制改革有待深化等政府管理问题。基于此,构建面向农村土地综合整治的政府管理体系框架,并从完善法规政策体系、健全政府行政管理制度、加强体制机制改革创新等三个方面保障农村土地整治工作顺利开展,具有重要的理论研究与实践应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural land remediation is an important initiative of Shandong Province to promote the new rural construction and urban & rural development. At present, questions are found: organizational Structure is not sound, the government administrative mechanisms need to be improved, and agriculture & land reform needs to be deepened. Based on this, a system framework of government management for rural land remediation is built, and by constructing regulatory & policy system, improving government administration system and strengthening institutional innovation, rural land remediation is guaranteed, which have important value of theoretical research and practical application.更多还原
