AUV特种发动机振动平衡研究
Study on Vibration Balance of AUV Special Engine
【摘要】 斜盘式活塞发动机振动力的不平衡是自主水下航行器(AUV)的主要噪声来源。为了平衡机构振动力,降低发动机振动噪声,在发动机结构分析的基础上,基于空间机构振动力平衡理论及虚拟样机技术,采用配重法进行了发动机配重平衡,及添加配重块前后发动机主要部件的运动学和动力学仿真计算,得到了平衡配重参数及相关构件的运动学和动力学特性曲线。结果表明,只需在斜轴和周转斜盘上配重即可平衡机构振动力,配重能有效降低各构件运动学及动力学特性的振荡,且不影响各构件的运动,有效降低了发动机的振动噪声。
【Abstract】 The imbalance of wobble-plate engine vibration force is the main noise source of AUV.To balance the vibration force and reduce the engine vibration noise,based on the theory of spatial mechanism balance of vibration force and virtual prototype technology,the counter weight method is adopted to balance the engine.And the kinematics and dynamics of the engine’s main parts are simulated before and after adding counterweight.The characteristic curve of kinematics and dynamics and counterweight parameters are obtained.The result show that,vibration force and the oscillation of the main parts can be balanced by adding counterweight on oblique axis and swash plate.The main parts of the engine’s movement can not be affected and the engine noise and vibration is effectively reduced.
