【Abstract】 Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has focused to anti- corruption and rectifying the style of officialdom with unprecedented efforts,and has obtained significant results. Accordingly,the political culture has also been improved to a certain extent. China should take the Soviet Union as a mirror,and take the history as a mirror,attaches great importance to the political and cultural influences,pay attention to and carry forward the power of political beliefs,build the officialdom culture of modern civilization,and cultivate positive rational participated civil culture.
