介孔碳负载型蒽醌加氢催化剂的制备及其加氢性能
STUDY ON PREPARATION AND HYDROGENATION OF ANTHRAQUINONE OVER MESOPOROUS CARBON SUPPORTED PALLADIUM CATALYSTS
【摘要】 以经过酸处理的介孔碳(MC)为载体,采用浸渍法制备了Pd/MC催化剂。实验室模式评价表明,Pd/MC催化剂表现出良好的活性和选择性。以粉末状0.3%Pd/MC为催化剂,在工作液质量浓度130g/L、反应温度60℃、反应压力0.4MPa条件下,氢化效率达7g/L以上。
【Abstract】 Pd/MC catalyst was prepared by impregnation using mesoporous carbon which was pre-treated with acid solution as a support.Experimental results showed that the Pd/MC catalyst exhibited high activity and selectivity for the hydrogenation of anthraquinone.With powder Pd/MC at 0.3% as catalyst and mass concentration of fluid at 130g/L,the hydrogenation efficiency could be above 7g/L at 60℃ under 0.4MPa.
