机构运动参数实验仪创新设计研究

【摘要】 机构运动参数实验仪是测定机构运动参数的基础装置,但由于缺乏整体化设计,产品的操作性及人机交互性较差。提出了整体化设计的思路,建立了人机协同的概念设计模型。结合人机工程学原理,以RHINO软件为平台,进行了三维造型设计,优化了产品的功能、结构、造型及人机界面,给出了设计方案的渲染图,为相关实验仪器的设计研发提供参考。

【Abstract】 The tester of mechanism movement parameters is a kind of fundamental device to determine movement parameters.However,due to the lack of integrated design,operability and Human-Machine Interaction( HMI) of the product are terrible. The idea of integrated design is proposed,conceptual design model with man-machine coordination is established. Combined with ergonomics,RHINO is used to build three-dimensional modeling. The optimization design on function,structure,modeling and HMI of the product are carrided out. Rendering design solution is presented.The study provides references for design and development of relevant experimental instruments.
