材料拉伸试验中影响应变片测量精度的因素分析
Precision analysis of strain gauge’s measurement in martial tensile test
【摘要】 应变片是电测法进行材料拉伸实验过程中非常重要的实验器件。从其测量原理而言,应变片是测量应变最精确的测试器件,但实验中却常常因各种原因导致测量结果不稳定,这直接影响到材料物理量如弹性模量的测量。为了准确把握对应变片的使用,文中通过材料拉伸试验进行一系列定量试验,以研究影响应变片测试精度的各种因素,最后总结出一系列有效措施以提高应变片的测量精度。
【Abstract】 Strain gauge is a very important unit in material tensile test. In terms of measure principle,strain gauge is one of the best high-precision measure units,but the actual measure results always fail to give the correct values in some unknown reason.Obviously,this will cause the error of other values such as Young’s modulus. In order to use strain gauge in effective way,series of tensile tests have been done in this paper to give a quantitative analysis to explore main factors that cause the low precision of strain gauge.
