电力制动器的键合图建模与仿真

【摘要】 电力制动器属于机、电耦合的复杂系统,而且刹车片与制动盘属于典型的开关类元件,采用普通的建模方法建模过程复杂,且模型的可视化程度低。因此,文中采用键合图方法首先将系统分为刹车片-制动盘和车轮-路面两个模块,分别建立了两个模块的键合图模型,然后用回转器元件表示电动机电能与机械能的转化,用变换器元件表示丝杆的增益,结合系统的原理图建立了系统的键合图模型,最后采用20-sim仿真软件对模型进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明文中建立的键合图模型能够很好地考虑刹车片-制动盘的开关状态,证明了模型的准确性。

【Abstract】 Electric brake is a complicated electromechanical system and the brake pad and the brake disc are typical switching elements.By using the existing modeling methods,the modeling processes are complex and the level of visualization is low.This paper proposed a bond graph model for electric brake.To start with,the bond graph model of the brake pad,brake disc system,the tires and the road system were established respectively.Then,the conversion processes from electric energy to mechanical energy was represented by gyrator elements and the ball screw grain were represented by converter element.Based on the principle of the system,a bond graph model was established.Finally,the advanced software 20-sim was used to simulate the model,the results show that this model could well consider the switch status between the brake and the disc,having proven the model is correct.
