一种连杆式夹持机构的对称性优化
Symmetry optimization of a rod gripper mechanism
【摘要】 介绍一种连杆式夹持机构的原理,提出机构的对称性优化问题。在建立机构数学模型的基础上,确定优化的目标函数、自变量及约束条件,并运用Matlab优化工具箱求解。对比并分析优化前后的结果,利用虚拟样机技术进行了优化结果的验证,优化效果明显,能够满足夹持机构的功能要求。
【Abstract】 The principle of a rod gripper mechanism is introduced and the problem about symmetry optimization is raised.Base on the mathematical model,the target function,arguments and constraints are confirmed.Also,optimal toolbox of the Matlab software is applied to solve the problem.As a comparison of results before and after the optimization is given and the optimization results by virtual prototype technology are validated,it is obvious that results satisfy functional requirements of the gripper mechanism.
