铁路货车心盘磨耗盘的端面扭动模拟试验研究
Research of simulation experiments for face-on-face torsion of wagon center wear plate
【摘要】 铁路货车心盘磨耗盘的端面扭动摩擦学行为严重制约铁路货车运行的可靠性。为了研究心盘磨耗盘端面扭动摩擦学行为,研制了一种端面扭动摩擦磨损疲劳试验装置。利用该疲劳试验装置,可以模拟心盘磨耗盘的运行工况,如所受正压力、扭动角位移和速度、环境条件(温度、湿度)。初步试验表明,该试验装置能够测出所需数据,满足试验要求。该试验装置对研究心盘磨耗盘的磨损机理和评价其摩擦学性能具有一定的工程应用价值。
【Abstract】 Face-on-face torsion tribological behavior of center wear plate of wagon has been seriously restricted the reliability of wagon when it is running.In order to research the torsion tribological capability of center wear plate,a kind of face-on-face torsion friction and wear tester was designed.It is can be used to simulated operational states of center wear plate,such as positive pressure loading,torsion angle and velocity and environmental condition(temperature and humidity).The preliminary experiment results show that the face-on-face torsion friction and wear tester could measure the data indeed.In conclusion,the tester has a certain engineering application value on studying the abrasion mechanism and evaluating the tribological properties of center wear plate.
