【Abstract】 The genes Lipin 1,Lipin 2 and Lipin 3 in pig were successfully cloned by using the methods of RT- PCR and electrophoresis detection. The sequence of these three genes in pig had higher homology with that of the corresponding gene in mice,reaching 83. 2% ~ 86. 7%. The analysis of tissue distribution showed that Lipin 1 ubiquitously expressed in various pig tissues tested,but Lipin 2 and Lipin 3 only expressed in the spleen,lungs,lleum and muscle.更多还原
