辣根素对水稻褐飞虱的杀虫活性研究

【摘要】 在室内条件下,用微量点滴法和试管药膜法测定了辣根素对水稻褐飞虱3龄若虫的杀虫活性,在处理后72 h的LC50值分别为35.83、43.9 mg/mL。同时在网室条件下用喷雾法测定了20%辣根素乳油对水稻褐飞虱3龄若虫的控制效果,用500 g/L的20%辣根素乳油喷雾试虫72 h后,校正死亡率达到了100%。因此,辣根素可以作为一种植物性杀虫剂用来防治水稻褐飞虱。

【Abstract】 In the laboratory,the insecticidal activities of allyl isothiocyanate(AITC) against the third-instar nymphs of rice brown planthopper(Nilaparvata lugens) were tested through micro-topical application and test-tube residual film bioassay,and it was found that its LC50 value at 72 h after treatment was 35. 83 and 43. 90 mg / mL respectively. Under the condition of net house,the control effect of 20% AITC emulsifiable concentrate(EC) on the third-instar nymphs of rice brown planthopper was determined by using spray method,the result indicated that: at 72 h after spraying 500 g / L 20% ATTC EC,the corrected mortality of the tested insect reached 100%. Therefore,AITC could be potentially used as a botanical insecticide for the control of rice brown planthopper.
