60Coγ辐照对芒草微观结构变化研究

【摘要】 采用X射线衍射法(XRD),傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FI-TR)以及电镜扫描(SEM)对芒草60Coγ辐照后微观结构的变化进行分析。芒草经60Coγ射线辐照预处理后,纤维素和半纤维素降解程度较大,降解率在2000 kGy时分别达到53.28%和95.76%。微观结构分析结果表明,辐照使纤维素及半纤维素分子内和分子间的化学键发生断裂,纤维素的结晶度逐渐变小,纤维变得不完整,纤维表面出现明显分层脱落现象,基本失去原有的形貌特征。

【Abstract】 The X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),and scan electron microscopy(SEM) were used to analyze the microstructure changes of Chinese silvergrass treated by 60Coγ irradiation.After Chinese silvergrass was treated by 60Coγ irradiation,the degradation of its cellulose and hemicellulose was strengthened significantly,and their degradation rate at 2000 kGy irradiation reached 53.28% and 95.76%,respectively.Microstructure changes showed that the irradiation caused the cleavage of intramolecular and intermolecular covalent bond in cellulose and hemicellulose.Crystallinity degree of cellulose became small gradually,and the fiber became un-integrative.Fiber surface appeared obvious hierarchical and shedding phenomenon,and its original morphological features lost basically.
