【摘要】 对5个新育成的水稻不育系和金23A(CK)的开花习性、柱头外露率、柱头活力、田间异交结实率等异交特性进行了系统观察研究。结果表明:井冈5A异交性能总体最好,柱头外露率高,花时集中,开花率高,田间异交结实率高达48.1%;其次是井冈2A、井冈3A,开花率高,柱头活力强,田间异交结实率分别为38.5%、39.2%;井冈1A、井冈4A异交特性表现较一般。更多还原

【Abstract】 Outcrossing characteristics of 5 cytoplasm male sterile(CMS) lines of rice Jinggang 1A,Jinggang 2A,Jinggang 3 A,Jinggang 4A,Jinggang 5A and Jin23A(CK),such as flowering habits,stigma exsertion rate,stigma vitality and outcrossing fertility were observed.In Jinggang 5A,the ratio of stigma exsertion was the highest;all of the flowers opened in a short time;the ratio of opening flowers was the highest and the outcrossing fertility was the best,up to 48.1% in field.The outcrossing fertility of Jinggang 2A and 3A was up to 38.5% and 39.2%,respectively,the ratio of opening flowers was the highest,the ratio of stigma exsertion was the highest;the outcrossing characteristics of Jinggang1A and Jinggang4A were the average.更多还原
