直驱式数控回转工作台低速运动特性试验研究
Experimental Research on the Low Speed Performance of the Direct Driving NC-Rotating Table
【摘要】 直驱式数控回转工作台是现代高速数控加工中心的重要组成部分,其低速特性是影响整机性能的重要指标之一,对其低速特性进行研究是很重要的。采用ML10双频激光干涉仪和角度光学镜进行测试,介绍了测试方法和测试原理。在此基础上对采用FANUC aiF8/3000大扭矩电机直接驱动的回转工作台在±20°正反低速转动进行了实验研究,根据实验结果,分析了工作台在低速运行中的运动学特性及非线性影响。
【Abstract】 The direct driving rotating table is the very important structural part of high speed NC machining center.It’s low speed performance is the one of the most important characteristics affecting whole machine.So research on the low speed qualities of rotating table becomes very important.Here the measurement method and principle using ML10 dual-frequency laser interferometer is discussed.Based on it the experiment research has be carried out within ±20°clockwise or counterclockwise for the direct driving rotating table employing large-torque motor FANUC aiF8/3000 system.Based on the experimental results the kinematics performance and non-linear influence have been discussed.
