【摘要】 根据社会人才市场的需求变化,财经类院校可利用自身办学传统、优势和特色,通过金融学专业课程改革,探索金融学专业实验实践教学方式,创新金融学专业CFA人才培养模式。本文以广东商学院为例,探索了财经类院校CFA人才培养模式。通过金融学(CFA方向)创新试验区的摸索和建设,逐步完善金融创新人才培养机制,推进金融学专业创新性人才培养模式的改革,全面提升学生的综合能力,培养既通晓国内金融实务又有国际视野的高级金融投资专业人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the demand variations in social talent market,financial colleges can utilize their own educational tradition,advantages and features,explore the experimental teaching mode of finance major and renew the training model of CFA talent,through the curriculum reform of finance major.Through the exploration and construction of CFA-oriented Finance Innovation Experimental Zone,this paper,taking Guangdong University of Business as an example,studies the training mode of CFA talents in financial colleges,which aims at gradually improving the cultivating mechanism for creative financial talents,promoting the reform of the training mode for innovative finance talents,improving students’ comprehensive ability,and fostering senior financial investment professionals both in domestic financial practice and international view.更多还原
