【摘要】 目的通过观察精神分裂症患者血清心肌酶谱水平的变化,探讨检测血清心肌酶谱在精神分裂症诊断中的临床意义。方法采用美国杜邦全自动生化分析仪检测185例精神分裂症患者入院时血清心肌酶:乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST),肌酸激酶(CK),肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的水平,观察心肌酶的水平与病情的关系,并与82例正常人进行对照。结果精神分裂症患者血清乳酸脱氢酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶水平均有不同程度的升高,特别是CK。精神分裂症患者CK水平与对照组相比差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),其余差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清心肌酶谱测定对精神分裂症的辅助、鉴别诊断、病情估计和预后有较好的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum cardiac enzyme profile in the diagnosis of schizophrenia.Methods Blood samples were collected from 185 schizophrenia patients and 82 normal subjects.The Dade Behring automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect the levels of cardiac enzymes including aspartate aminotransferase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB).The correlations among the levels of cardiac enzymes and clinical symptoms of the patients were analyzed.Results Compared with normal subjects,the levels of cardiac enzymes containing AST,LDH,CK and CK-MB in schizophrenia patients had significantly increased(P<0.05),especially CK(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum cardiac enzymes detection could be useful for the differential diagnosis,disease assessment and prognostic evaluation of schizophrenia.更多还原
