血清脂联素和内脂素水平与2型糖尿病患者颈总动脉IMT的相关性研究
Correlation research of serum adiponectin and visfatin levels with common carotid arterial intima-media thickness in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus
【摘要】 目的通过观察2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清脂联素(APN)、内脂素(Visfatin)水平及颈总动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)值,探讨血清APN及Visfatin水平与颈总动脉IMT值的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测195例T2DM患者和50例对照组的血清APN及Visfatin水平,彩色多普勒超声仪测量IMT值。结果①T2DM患者血清APN水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),颈动脉IMT增厚组血清APN水平显著低于IMT非增厚组(P<0.01);血清Visfatin水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),颈动脉IMT增厚组血清Visfatin水平显著高于IMT非增厚组(P<0.01)。②T2DM患者IMT值与血清APN呈显著负相关(r=-0.639,P<0.01),与血清Visfatin呈显著正相关(r=0.701,P<0.01),且血清APN与Visfatin呈显著负相关(r=-0.835,P<0.01)。结论T2DM患者存在血清APN及Visfatin水平的异常表达,与颈总动脉IMT值有着显著相关性,联合检测血清APN及Vis-fatin水平,可作为判断T2DM患者疾病严重程度、临床疗效及评估预后的重要参数。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation of serum adiponectin(APN) and visfatin levels with common carotid arterial intima-media thickness(IMT) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Serum APN and visfatin levels were detected by ELISA in both T2DM group(n=195) and control group(n=50).Color Doppler ultrasonography was used to measure common carotid arterial intima-media thickness in both groups.Results(1)Serum APN level was significantly lower in T2DM group than that in control group(P<0.01),and also lower in IMT thickened group than that in non-thickened group(P<0.01).Serum visfatin level was significantly higher in T2DM group than that in control group(P<0.01),and higer in IMT thickened group than that in non-thickened group(P<0.01).(2)Common carotid arterial IMT value had a significantly negative correlation with serum APN level(r=-0.639,P<0.01) while had a significantly positive correlation with serum visfatin level(r=0.701,P<0.01) in patients with T2DM.Meanwhile,serum APN level had a significantly negative correlation with serum visfatin level(r=-0.835,P<0.01).Conclusions Abnormal expression levels of serum APN and visfatin are testified in patients with T2DM.These abnormalities correlate significantly with common carotid arterial IMT value.Serum APN and visfatin levels can be an important indicator for predicting disease severity,clinical curative effect and assessing the disease prognosis in patients with T2DM.
