两种1,3-丙二胺类化合物的合成
Synthesis of two 1,3-propanediamines
【摘要】 分别以丙酮和2-丁酮为原料与硝基甲烷在二乙胺催化下反应,得到两种二硝基取代物,然后用甲酸铵催化转移氢化得2,2-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺和2-甲基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二胺。对二硝基取代物和丙二胺的合成分别进行了改进,提高了产率。并对相关反应机理进行了分析。
【Abstract】 Two compounds of dinitropropane were synthesized from acetone or butanone via reacting with nitromethane in the presence of diethylamine as catalyst. Then they were reduced to 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine and 2-ethyl-2-methyl-1,3-propanediamine by ammonium formate catalytic transfer hydrogenation. Synthetic methods of them were improved and yield of them were increased . Possible mechanism of the reactions were discussed.
