一种基于BTA系统的高强钢深孔钻削技术

【摘要】 通过对某超高强钢材料零件在深孔钻削过程的钻头受力分析,结合加工设备的功率和扭矩,介绍了一种基于BTA系统的深盲孔钻削技术,解决了高强钢深盲孔加工的技术难题,为结构类似的产品深孔加工提供了借鉴。

【Abstract】 The aiguilles mechanics in drilling high strength material part is analyzed.Especial hole manufacturing technology of high strength steel based on BTA system is applied in manufacturing process of the part.The technology ensures the product quality effectively.
