袋式包装机横封切杆机构的设计与特性分析
Design and Characteristic Analysis of the Seals and Crosscut Mechanism of Bag Packaging Machine
【摘要】 横封切机构是袋式等包装机的重要执行机构之一。目前横封切机构采用杆机构比较多,设计模式主要是依靠设计人员的经验和模仿为主,不能全面反映横封切杆机构的动态工作过程,故在实际应用中振动和冲击比较大。因此,利用ANSYS软件模拟其运动、受力、振动情况,定量分析机构的运动学和动力学特性,可使横封切机构避免刚性冲击和减少柔性冲击。
【Abstract】 The seals and crosscut mechanism is a basic and important actuating mechanism of bag packaging machine, usually its structure is designed to bar mechanism on experience and imitation. But the dynamic process of the seals and crosscut mechanism cannot truly be reflected and generates the large shock and vibration. So a quantitative analysis of kinetic and dynamic characteristics is taken by using the simulation method, it shows that the rigid impact is avoided and flexible impact is weaken to design the mechanism parameter.
