随机载荷下渐开线直齿轮齿根弯曲应力计算方法研究
Study on the Calculation Method of Tooth Root Bending Stress of Involute Spur Gear under Random Load
【摘要】 分析了传统齿根弯曲应力计算方法应用于齿根弯曲应力谱编制时的局限性。从动载荷的计算、啮合点的弯矩、压力角和齿间载荷分布等方面,对传统方法进行了改进,建立一种在随机载荷下齿根弯曲应力计算方法。研究结果表明,此计算方法精度较高,并能得到单齿在传动过程中齿根弯曲应力的变化历程,便于准确统计弯曲应力的幅值、均值的循环频次,为精确编制齿轮弯曲应力谱及齿轮弯曲疲劳寿命预测提供了一种有效的齿根弯曲应力的计算方法。
【Abstract】 According to the analysis of the limitations of traditional method of tooth root bending stress calculation using in fatigue lifetime prediction, a method of calculating tooth root bending stress of involute spur gear under random loading is developed. The method consider the influence of dynamic loads, meshing point bending moment, pressure angle and load distribution along contact line. The results show that this calculation method can get high accuracy in teeth root bending stress calculate, and can get one tooth root bending stress change process in the gear transmission process. An effective method of calculating teeth root bending stress is provide for accurate gear bending stress spectrum and gear bending fatigue life prediction.
