【摘要】 根据个案追踪法原理,应用追踪地图、细则评分和医护座谈等形式对苏北人民医院内分泌科在2012.08-2013.05期间的8例输血患者进行自我评估,发现重点环节缺陷在于患者权益和沟通、输血医师行为质控等方面,制定相对的改进措施,实现科室持续改进输血安全,改进科室输血质控流程,深化医护人员对输血安全的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the principle of case tracing methodology,by using the tool of tracing map,detail evaluation and informal discussion,8 cases of transfusion in endocrinology department,Subei People’s Hospital between August 2012 and May 2013 were evaluated.As a result,the authors found the important defect happened in the patient communication and doctors’ behavior control,improvement measures made in the transfusion procedure,continuous transfusion safety control realized and the understanding by doctors and nurses about transfusion safety strengthened.更多还原
