【摘要】 目的 探讨我国各类医院服务质量与效率的综合评价方法,从单指标与综合角度实证研究,分析差异性。方法 根据不同类别医院资料进行单项服务质量与效率指标排序;分别采用TOPSIS法、灰色关联分析法对各类医院的服务质量与效率进行综合评价而得到排名。结果 单项指标排序结果有单层面导向意义,综合排序结果有宏观意义。结论将评价方法的原理特点和评价导向相结合进行综合评价更有意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss comprehensive evaluation method of service quality and efficiency in various hospitals,empirical study is done from single index and comprehensive view to analyze otherness.Methods Indexes of single service quality and efficiency were sorted according to different hospital data,and TOPSIS and grey relative analysis method were used to design models to get comprehensive ranking.Results Sorting results by single index had single-level oriented significance,while that by comprehensive ranking had macroscopic significance,and method principles and procedure results were different.Conclusion Method applicability should be demonstrated,and results should be explained by combining methods,so oriented significance is optimized.更多还原
