Mooney-Rivlin模型在硅橡胶应力锥受力分析中的应用
Stress Analysis of Stress-cone in Cable Terminal by Mooney-Rivlin Model
【摘要】 采用Mooney-Rivlin模型作为应力锥硅橡胶的本构模型,计算电缆终端应力锥的变形。MooneyRivlin模型的参数C01和C10通过拟合硅橡胶单轴拉伸试验的数据得到。通过Abaqus软件对应力锥进行数值模拟,得到应力锥的受力变形,同时通过实验对应力锥的变形进行测量,发现数值模拟结果和实验结果相吻合,证实了Mooney-Rivlin模型能在电缆终端应力锥硅橡胶材料数值分析中的准确性。
【Abstract】 The Mooney-Rivlin model as the constitutive model of the stress cone silastic was used to calculate the cable terminal stress cone deformation.The parameters C01and C10of Mooney-Rivlin model would be obtained by fitting silicone rubber uniaxial tensile test data.By Numerical simulate to stress cone in the Abaqus software,the deformation of the stress cone was obtained.Experiments to measure the deformation of the stress cone,the numerical simulation results and experimental results were coincided.It confirmed that the Mooney-Rivlin model accuracy in the cable terminal stress cone silicone rubber material numerical analysis.
