【摘要】 [目的]探讨中医护理对行经内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)治疗后病人肠道功能恢复的影响。[方法]将148例行ERCP治疗的病人随机分为实验组和对照组各74例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上采用中医护理,对两组病人肠鸣音恢复时间、术后肛门排气恢复时间、首次排便时间和病人满意度进行比较。[结果]实验组病人肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门主动排气时间、排便时间均早于对照组(均P<0.01);实验组病人满意率高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]中医护理对行ERCP治疗后病人肠道功能的恢复作用明显优于常规护理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the influence of chinese medicine nursing on recovery of bowel function of patients after undergoing ERCP.Methods:A total of 148patients undergoing ERCP treatment were randomly devided into control group and observation group,74cases in each.Control group patients received routine nursing;besides that,observation group patients received chinese medicine nursing.The recovery time of bowel sounds,recovery time of postoperative anal exhaust,the first defecation time and patients’ satisfaction were compared between both groups.Results:The recovery time of bowel sounds,initiative anal exhaust time and defecation time of experimental group patients were earlier than that of control group(all P<0.01);satisfaction rate of experimental group patients was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of TCM treatment for recovery of bowel function of patients after ERCP treatment was superior to routine care.更多还原
