【摘要】 [目的]观察复方三黄酊联合湿润烧伤膏治疗压疮的效果。[方法]将50例(55处)压疮病人随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用湿润烧伤膏加TDP灯照射,观察组采用复方三黄酊联合湿润烧伤膏加TDP灯照射治疗。[结果]观察组和对照组病人压疮治疗有效率分别为100.00%和81.48%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]复方三黄酊联合湿润烧伤膏治疗压疮组织修复快、治愈率高,效果优于湿润烧伤膏加TDP灯照射。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of compound Sanhuang tincture combined to moist burn ointment to treat pressure sore.Methods:A total of 50 patients with pressure sore(55 places) were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group patients received treatment of compound Sanhuang tincture combined to moist burn ointment plus TDP light irradiation;the control group patients were treated with moist burn ointment plus TDP light irradiation.Results:the treatment effective rates of patients with pressure ulcer in observation group and control group were respectively 100.00% and 81.48%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Sanhuang tincture combined to moist burn ointment to treat pressure sores has tissue repair is fast and high cure rate is higher,its effect is better than that of MEBO plus TDP lamp irradiation.更多还原
