【摘要】 [目的]总结手术室开展优质护理服务的实践与成效。[方法]针对手术室工作特点,确定不同服务群体,制订优质护理服务计划实施措施,加强人性化管理,不断持续改进。[结果]实施优质护理服务后外科医生、手术病人对手术室护理工作的满意率提高(P<0.05);实施优质护理服务后巡回护士术前访视、术后整理工作质量考评得分高于实施前(P<0.05);实施优质护理服务后器械护士物品准备、手术配合、术后处理质量考评得分高于实施前(P<0.05)。[结论]在手术室实施优质护理服务,有利于提高护理质量和服务对象对护理工作的满意率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the practice and effect of high quality nursing services in operating room.Methods:Aiming at work characteristics in operation room,the different services group was determined,implementation measures of high quality nursing services plan was developed,and to strengthen the humane management and continuous improvement.Results:The satisfaction of surgeon and surgical patients to operating room nursing was improved after implementation of high quality nursing services(P<0.05);after the implementation of high-quality care,quality evaluation scores preoperative visit and collation work in traveling nurses were higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05);after the implementation of high quality nursing services,quality evaluation scores of goods preparation,operative coordination and postoperative treatment in equipment nurses were higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of high quality nursing services in operating room is helpful to improve quality of care and satisfaction rate of service objects for nursing job.更多还原
