授权教育对维持性血液透析病人饮食自我管理的影响

【摘要】 [目的]探讨授权教育对维持性血液透析病人饮食自我管理的影响。[方法]将85例病人随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组进行常规饮食护理,观察组给予授权教育。在干预前及第12周采用授权量表、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、饮食自我管理行为量表评价效果。[结果]观察组病人干预第12周授权量表评分、GSES量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预第12周饮食自我管理行为量表总得分高于对照组(P<0.05),水-离子控制行为、蛋白质-热量摄入行为评分提高且均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]授权教育有利于提高授权能,增强病人一般自我效能感,改善病人饮食自我管理,从而改善维持性血液透析病人的营养状况,提高生命质量。

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into influence of empowerment education on diet self-management of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:A total of 85 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,patients in control group were given routine diet nursing and patients in control group were given empowerment education.The intervention effect was evaluated by using Empowerment Scale,General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),and Diet Self-Management Scale before intervention and at twelve week after the intervention.Results:Empowerment Scale score and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES) score of patients of observation group were higher than that of control group at twelve week after the intervention(P<0.05).At twelve week after the intervention,Diet Self-Management Scale score of patients in observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),water-ion control behavior score and protein-calorie intake behavior score increased and were higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empowerment education is beneficial for improving the empowerment ability,increasing general self-efficacy of patients,improving diet self-management of patients,and then to improve nutritional status and quality of life of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.
