【摘要】 [目的]探讨家庭护理干预对颅内动脉瘤术后病人健康信念和生活质量的影响。[方法]将50例颅内动脉瘤病人分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组病人给予常规护理,观察组病人在常规护理的基础上进行家庭护理干预,采用Champion健康信念模型量表和汉化版简明健康调查量表(SF-36)评价两组病人的健康信念水平和生活质量。[结果]观察组病人健康信念水平和SF-36量表中各维度指标得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]家庭护理干预能够明显提高颅内动脉瘤术后病人采取相应健康行为信念及提高病人的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe into influence of family nursing intervention on health belief and quality of life of postoperative patients with intracranial aneurysms.Methods: A total of 50 cases of patients with intracranial aneurysms were divided into control group and observation group,25 cases in each,control group patients were given to routine nursing,besides that,observation group patients were given family nursing intervention.Champion Health Belief Model Scale and the finished version of Short Form Health Survey(SF-36) were used for evaluation of health beliefs and quality of life of the two groups of patients.Results:The level of health beliefs and all dimension index scores of SF-36 scale in patients were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:family nursing intervention can significantly improve the postoperative health beliefs and quality of life of intracranial aneurysm patients.更多还原
