工程机械蓝牙远程在线监测系统
Remote online monitoring system based on bluetooth technology of construction machinery
【摘要】 研究工程机械野外作业或行进时,现场没有诊断设备和有线上网条件情况下,利用蓝牙技术实现工程机械工况参数远程采集、信息传递和故障诊断。以油压和转速等工况参数的采集与无线传输实验为例,设计蓝牙无线传感器及相关电路,实现工程机械状态参数的采集、处理及无线传输。使工程机械检测系统与外部网络的连接不受通信线路及地区限制,使用更方便、更安全、更经济。
【Abstract】 Bluetooth technology is used to realize the parameter acquisition,wireless communication and fault diagnosis of construction machinery that is working or moving in the field,where no diagnostic equipment or internet is found.Taken the parameter acquisition of oil pressure and speed for example,wireless Bluetooth sensor and related circuit are designed.The status parameters of construction machinery can be acquired,processed and transmitted by the Bluetooth sensor and related circuit.So,the communication between the monitoring system of construction machinery and external network restricted from the line and area,which is available for the convenience,safety and low-cost.
