【摘要】 无论是教育教学改革、学生培养还是教师的专业化发展,都需要教师间的通力合作。国际教师专业发展的经验和趋势表明,教师需要从传统的强调专业个人主义向共同体中的合作者转化。专业学习共同体是一种能充分体现高校组织特点的模式,它以全新的共同体理念诠释着学校作为学习场所的真正含义,并最终促进高校教师的专业发展。然而,目前高校教师专业学习共同体的建立却面临着组织、制度和文化多方面的障碍,可尝试通过创新教师团队组织方式、人事管理制度以及重塑教师管理文化等来实现突破。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cooperation among teachers in Higher Learning Institutions is very important for teaching improvement,students’ development and teachers’ professional development.International experiences and trends in teacher management show that teachers need to transform from professional individuals to community partners.It is a new direction for teacher management innovation to promote teachers’ professional development in the Professional Learning Community(PLC).This paper discusses the concepts and the basic characteristics of PLC in Higher Learning Institutions,analyzes the system obstacle to construct PLC,and proposed the strategies to innovate the teachers’ management system in Higher Learning Institutions.更多还原
