【Abstract】 In accordance with the classification standard set by Martin Trow,we are now in an era of popular education,developing from elite education.This transition,however,doesn’t necessarily mean that the latter replaces the former;instead,the two education modes are integrated into one.While holding population education as the main form,we should still carry out elite education.This paper,starting from the research at application-oriented institutions,expounds upon the necessity of elite training in such special group as student cadre,followed by in-depth analysis on current problems baffling this subject and relevant reasons.It also tentatively proposes to construct the training modes for student cadre elite talents in application-oriented institutions.更多还原
